Jung In Sun takes on the role of Han So Jin, a genetic researcher who tries DNA matchmaking to find her destined partner after experiencing numerous failed relationships while Choi Siwon portrays Shim Yeon Woo, a gynecologist whose marriage is not a goal and therefore, quickly lets go of someone who shows obsession towards him.
