On February 13th, Kim Seonho returned to the stage for the play, “Secret Passage: Interval”, leaving the crowd in awe for his dynamic performance as Dong-jae. The popularity of Kim Seonho remains solid and the phenomenon “Kim Seonho Effect” continues to build impact among fans across the globe. According to various reports, all seats of the “Secret Passage: Interval” play from February to April with Kim Seonho as the main actor, were immediately sold out after the online selling of tickets was opened especially during the recent third round of sales. This shows the power of his brand remains influential as local and overseas fans would go the extra mile just to watch his stage performances.
Theater acting has always been Kim Seonho’s first love. His passion for stage plays started in college when he joined a theater group until he was granted his first official theater role for New Boeing Boeing in 2009. In total, he has appeared in 20 theater productions and has always attracted crowd with his charms on stage. It is worth noting that even though he’s getting multiple projects since his TV drama stardom in tvN’s Start-Up (2020), he still strongly commits to perform in stage plays at least once a year.
