On June 6th, The Best Plays shared a series of rehearsal photos of Touching The Void (2022) cast, including Kim Seonho.
The theater actors were all wearing a proper mountaineering attire from jacket to footwear while practicing. Some hiking essentials were also seen in the photos such as ropes, head gear, ice axe and others.
In one photo, Kim Seonho was wearing a lightweight jacket and white mask while reading the script in a contemplative mode. He looked immersed in studying his assignment, his hair seemed longer but his aura still naturally radiates warmth that makes you smile.
In another photo, he was sitting beside a co-actor while holding an ice axe, his script and a red hiking bag also sat on his lap. His eyes looked happy while rehearsing with other theator actors.
His staff also shared photos of him on Instagram wearing the red hiking bag and studying his lines.
Kim Seonho will play the tormenting yet life-changing story of Joe Simpson, a mountaineer who survived a near-death situation while hiking the 20,853-foot Siula Grande in the Peruvian Andes in 1985.
Touching The Void will be held at Art One Theater Hall 2, Daehak-ro in South Korea from July 8 to September 18, 2022.
