Kim Seonho To Appear In Film “Tyrant” And In Talks To Lead New Drama “Hash’s Shinru”

On October 19th, Kim Seonho surprised fans with a new film project and a possible drama comeback.

According to a Korean media outlet, Kim Seonho will work again with Director Park Hoon-jung for a new film entitled Tyrant. Their first project together, The Childe, formerly known as “Sad Tropics” is the actor’s movie debut and expected to be released in the first quarter of 2023.

On the same day, it was also revealed that he is positively reviewing a historical romance drama with the working title, Hash’s Shinru. It is based on a web novel of the same title written by Yoon Yi-soo who will also write the full script of the drama. The author is known to have written the novel of the award-winning historical drama, Love In The Moonlight (2016), starring Park Bo-gum and Kim Yoo-jung.

In this new drama, Kim Seonho has been offered to play the main role of Crown Prince Lee Yang, a genius scientist who loves the stars, meeting a mysterious woman who has the special ability to see the future.

Meanwhile, Kim Seonho who won the Outstanding Actor in Hallyu Drama at the 2022 Seoul International Drama Awards has been announced to attend the 2022 Asia Artist Awards (AAA) in Japan in December.
